We value our professional contractors.  Each company and contractor are personally interviewed by our builder.  Through this process, we maintain our quality of standards.  Each contractor must provide insurance of liabilty, 3 references and a completed W9 Form in order to qualify for contractual work with JEM Custom Homes.
