We started with a life dream beginning with remodeling homes. Through those times and hard work, we launched JEM CUSTOM HOMES. Our focus is on building energy-efficient homes that utilize the home’s efficiency through certain building methods and products, all of which pass energy savings to our customers. We take great pride in personal one-on-one service and not ‘volume’ building. JEM also builds barndominiums, metal buildings and metal shops of all sizes to include living quarters if needed.
